About
Jimmy Galiatto opened his first breakfast restaurant on Grand Boulevard in Downtown New Port Richey in 1974. When a fire destroyed the old building in 1985, Jimmy purchased the property across the street and built Jimmy's Boulevard Restaurant in the building that stands today. Over the years Jimmy's built a reputation for terrific food, warm, friendly service, and great value. Jimmy retired in 2022 after 48 years and sold his baby to the Raymond family, also of New Port Richey, who have continued the tradition of delicious food served by a friendly staff and offering great value.
